Content storage and life cycle management is becoming an increasingly important consideration for the modern broadcaster. Material goes through many stages during its life-cycle - ingest, edit, manipulation, playout and archive - and the requirement to have sequences and clips instantly available to all of these areas has become paramount, even after the files have been transferred to longterm storage. Making sure that data is in the correct location, whether it be online for playout or offline for archive, is vital to smooth, interruption-free operation. SGL FlashNet fulfils this need. It tracks and manages your data throughout its storage life-cycle,working seamlessly with automation, asset management, NLE and video server solutions in order that data is always available when required.

Verint helps these organizations make sense of the vast video, voice, and data they capture. Verint solutions bridge information gaps between enterprise systems, extracting critical information and applying sophisticated, integrated analytics to distill actionable intelligence. Then, Verint solutions deliver this intelligence to the people who need it, wherever and whenever they need it, for timely and effective action. The solutions include:
- Verint Video Solutions (US - IP encoders, Decoders, IP fixed cams, Wireless video Tx/Rx, Banking DVRs, Video Management s/w and Analytics).
- Arecont Vision (US - IP MegaPixel Cameras).
- Nexsan (US - SCSI and Fiber RAID Storage for IP Surveillance applications).
- Artec (Germany - Hybrid DVRs for Arecont MegaPixel cameras as well as more than 200 different IP cameras and encoders models).

OmniCast is the most scalable, most efficient content delivery solution available on the market today, providing a transparent multi-platform software solution for the distribution of software upgrades, digital media and corporate content.
Video monitoring, surveillance, and analysis technology is undergoing rapid change as physical security and IT converge. Increasing numbers of both wired and wireless digital IP based cameras are replacing analog cameras and dedicated cabling, as the industry transitions away from proprietary closed-circuit television (CCTV) configurations. Applying innovative software and systems architecture, the Sun Reference Architecture for Video Surveillance takes advantage of digital technology advances, making it easier for organizations to deploy scalable and flexible video monitoring where and when they need it.
Monitoring and maintaining the video data from the CCTV cameras was a labor-intensive chore. To solve this, StorageTek implemented its own security surveillance solution, which combines the StorageTek BladeStore disk subsystem, video encoders, decoders and NVRS (Network Video Recording System) software to deliver a cost-effective security surveillance system.
